Mr. Fuller has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Art.  Mr. Fuller graduated from Armour High School and attended Dakota Wesleyan University.  He has taught in Parker since 1987.  He teaches Art, Photography, Ceramics, Drawing, Painting, Custom Painting, Jr. High Art and Video Production.  Mr. Fuller's students have won the State Visual Arts championship five years in a row.  His students also won the national Vans Custom Culture contest in 2017 and won $50,000.  Mr. Fuller has coached boys basketball, golf and girls basketball.
