Miss Dean is a 2017 graduate from Parker, SD, and she is excited to be back in the district! She attended the University of South Dakota and received her degree in Elementary Education and Special Education in 2021 - Go Yotes!

This will be Makenzie’s third year as a teacher, and she will be teaching 2nd grade. Along with teaching, Makenzie will also be coaching Jr. High Girls’ Basketball and Jr. High Track.

In her free time, Makenzie enjoys hiking, going to concerts and movies, playing volleyball, and spending time with friends and family!
